Delivery
Shipping is conducted via RoyalMail for all orders both in the UK and Internationally. Shipping is free for UK orders, £10 for Europe and £15 for International orders.
You will be emailed once your item is dispatched with a tracking number which can be tracked here.
Orders in the UK may take up to 5 working days for delivery, once dispatch is confirmed and International orders may take up to 15 working days.
International Orders sometimes incur a customs charge. We can not be held accountable for customs charges and must be payed by the customer before customs will release the parcel.
Returns
You can return your jewellery within 14 days of receiving it free of charge. It must be unworn and in its original packaging. Any returned items which have been worn will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving back the item.

We are happy to provide a replacement in the unlikely event of a defective item. In this case you must contact us on info@masterofjewels.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your item and provide picture evidence.
